Your data stays yours
The commercial data you submit to Phrasso stays yours. Under our Platform Agreement you keep full ownership of it, and we use it only to deliver analysis and decision support to your brand. Your records are never sold, and we never disclose your brand-identifiable data to another customer.
Built on legal-grade standards
Phrasso Inc. is a Delaware corporation, and our legal framework is built with our corporate counsel, Gunderson Dettmer, one of the leading law firms serving technology companies. Each brand works under its own Platform Agreement, tailored to that brand.
How we protect it
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to the people delivering your service, and that access is logged. We keep your data only as long as we need it to run the platform, and you can disconnect Phrasso's access at any time. When an engagement ends, we delete your records from our systems.
